These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Habit Garden: Happy Family ("the app"), published by INSPIREUI COMPANY LIMITED ("we"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

1. What the app is

Habit Garden is a family routine tracker: a grown-up sets up a shared garden, each family member cares for habits, and the garden grows. It is a household organisation tool — not a medical, health, or professional product, and not a substitute for parental judgment or professional advice.

2. Who may use it

  • A grown-up creates the family, manages members and devices, and approves purchases and sensitive actions behind the app's grown-up check.
  • The grown-up check (a multiplication question) is an interface safeguard — not an identity or age-verification mechanism. The adult who sets up the family is responsible for the kid profiles they create.
  • You must be old enough to agree to these Terms in your country (or have a parent or guardian agree) to set up a family.

3. Your data and your family

  • You keep ownership of what you enter. In this version it never leaves your device — everything the garden remembers is stored locally. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
  • "Delete the family garden" permanently erases the family's data on the device. The app asks twice because there is no undo.

4. Purchases — Family Pass

  • Family Pass is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks the full garden — every plant and companion, more members and habits per family. The Free plan keeps the whole core garden.
  • Two plans: Annual $39.99/year, starting with a 7-day free trial (the default) — not charged during the trial, converts to a paid year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends — or Monthly $4.99/month, no trial, billed immediately. The exact price for your region is shown in the app before you confirm.
  • Payment is processed by Apple under your Apple ID (validated via RevenueCat under an anonymous app-user ID — we never see your card or Apple ID). A purchase is confirmed behind the grown-up check.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled — manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds follow Apple's policies (reportaproblem.apple.com). "Restore Purchases" in the app re-activates an existing purchase on a new device.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the service: no attempting to reach another family's data, bypassing the grown-up check or technical limits, or unlawful use. We may limit service for abuse.

6. Availability and changes

  • The app works fully offline; the only moments that need a connection are purchasing (App Store) and the grown-up-entered city weather lookup.
  • We may update, change, or discontinue features; material degradations will be announced in the app.
  • We may update these Terms; the current version lives at https://family-habit.inspireui.com/terms/. Continued use after an update means acceptance.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for missed habits. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of {{GOVERNING_LAW}}, and disputes go to the courts there — unless consumer law gives you a mandatory local venue.
